Returning to the cradle of Naval Aviation, Pete has been been dipping his toes in the sugar white sands of Perdido Key since the late sixties.

"I have seen the "Key" develop from a pine tree lined beach hide-away to a sophisticated vacation/resort destination.  The great news is that Perdido still retains the laid back charm, pristine natural environs and friendliest people on the Gulf that drew me here in the first place. Now I am happy and priviledged to put others in the enviable position of owning a piece of this paradise I call home."

After a flying career with the Navy and Delta Air Lines I have come back to Perdido Key to create a career in real estate.  With high tech methods and personal attention I strive to educate and inform, maintain close connections and develop the relationships with customers that serves them well.  No detail is too small, no conversation is unimportant, no investment of time is unworthy when it comes to the people I serve.  I treat my "folks" as I would like to be treated and the success I enjoy I trust is because it is part and parcel of all I do.

My community and my church are centers of my life here in Perdido.  I serve on various community boards, volunteer with several charitable organizations and maintain ties with the Chamber of Commerce, interfaith groups, and service clubs.  The small town atmosphere is what we locals enjoy about the area and hope to share with our seasonal and long term visitors.  I publish a blog www.MyPerdido.com for all of my friends here and afar.
